John began serving on the Ministry Team of First Baptist Duncan in January of 2008.
John's ministry extends into the school and home environments, and he is very involved in all of the aspects of the students’ lives. From volunteering at school and eating lunch with the students, to speaking at FCA and counseling with families, John is known to not only the students, but teachers, coaches, and any adults who impact the lives of young people. His wife Jennifer is very active in the ministry and welcomes students and their families regularly into their home. She felt a calling as a young woman to be a minister’s wife and takes the calling very seriously.
